Exchanges: 14 days from the delivery date in perfect condition, without visible wear. Buyer must pay for return shipping if not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and replacement is not our fault.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the order you receive, please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:

  1. Damage caused by an accident
  2. Bad care
  3. Normal wear
  4. Degradation of colors and materials by solar radiation

Returns/exchanges of products with contact with water will not be accepted.

If you believe that the product you purchased does not meet the original requirements, you have the option to request a refund.

You can receive a refund if:

  • The product you purchased is completely inoperative
  • You have not received your product within 60 business days or 90 business days (South America)

Please be aware that refunds may take 3-5 business days back into your account.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If the return is due to the consumer's own reasons, then the consumer should bear the shipping cost (The cost depends on the courier company you choose.).
  • If the goods received by the consumer are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the freight.
  • For returned products, we guarantee that no fees will be charged to consumers.
