Shipping creases are temporary
Because the Tyvek shade may be folded for shipping, some lamps arrive with light creases. These are temporary and ease away on their own once the lamp is installed, as the material relaxes and smooths with light and warmth.

Lamp not lighting up? Check the terminals
If the lamp does not light after installation, recheck the electrical connections. The positive (+) terminal must connect to the positive wire and the negative (−) terminal to the negative wire. Reversing the terminals will keep the lamp from lighting up.

Lighting and dimming
Dimmable version available — Triac dimmer switch recommended. Select the dimmable version at checkout, and pair it with a Triac dimmer switch for smooth, flicker-free brightness control.

Colour temperature
Default: warm white (3000K). Every standard order ships in warm white (3000K). For neutral white (4000K) or cool white (6000K), contact us at info@chydi.com before placing your order.

Integrated LED with ongoing light-source support
The integrated LED is built to last, with an exceptionally long service life under normal use. Frequently asked questions
My lamp arrived with creases — is this a defect? No. Creases from shipping are temporary and fade naturally once the lamp is installed and in use.
The lamp doesn't light up after installation — what should I check? Check the terminal connections: positive (+) to the positive wire and negative (−) to the negative wire. Reversing them will stop the lamp from lighting.
Is a dimmable version available? Yes — select the dimmable version at checkout. A Triac dimmer switch is recommended.
